If you are working in supported employment and are looking for a change, talk to your LAC or Support Coordinator about your new employment goals.

Our training and assessment program allows you or your loved one to up-skill in enabling to meet your needs.

What type of supports can participants expect to receive?

Employment supports service tailored to meet the participant’s individual
employment goals. Work experience in an inclusive employment environment would be
offered, to fully understand a participant’s support needs.

We will create individualised supports to help your loved ones transition from school to work, engaging with their families and carers around the participant’s goals.

Depending on the participants employment goals and their current skill level, the supports to develop ‘hard and soft skills may include, but are not limited to:

Participants can also discuss the different employment pathways and
employment types. This will help participants to better understand their work options.
