In 2018, the NDIS funding represented a major milestone in our growth as specialist Assist Access and Maintain Employment provider.
At around the same time, EliteCare Group expands their services to provide
– Assist-Life Stages, Transition and Support.
– Assist Personal Activities and Household tasks
– Development of Daily Living & Life Skills
– Participation in Community, Social & Civic
– Household Tasks
These activities provided employment opportunities to social workers and locals. This person based services under cutting edge technology initiatives from Federal Government NDIS funding have provided a safe, high-quality alternative to every individual with disability, mental health and people with life threatening conditions.
Our mission and vision
Elite Care is committed to providing high-quality National Disability support coordination services to individual clients and their families, as well as to other healthcare organizations in need of supplemental staffing (such as certified home health and hospice agencies, health plans, hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities).
Our priority is to provide state-of-the-art and compassionate in-home care from highly-trained medical professionals and aides. To make good on this promise, proper training is paramount. Not only do we hire the most experienced personnel, but we provide them with in-depth specific Certification training so that they can deliver specialized care to our clients.
We provide range of short courses to develop specific skills and provide work placement.
